London badgers baseball - 2012 coaches pitching clinic - Hosted by Mike Lumley (Former SLBA Player)

Highly recommended for coaches looking to give their players that little extra edge this season!

Clinic dates for 2012 have not been finalized, dates will be posted as soon as we are notified.

Former Detroit Tiger Pitcher, Western Mustang Head Coach and Technical Coordinator for the London Badgers will be offering a Pitching Clinic for coaches from the London and Area. The clinic will provide instruction and live demonstration in the following areas.

* Mechanical Breakdown
* Dynamic Arm Stretching
* Jaeger Arm Band (Shoulder Maintenance)
* Holding Runners
* Pick-offs
* Pitchers Fielding Practice
* Long Toss Program
